What I’m Reading…

I have a bit of traveling going on this week, so I’m hoping to use my time to knock out a few books on my reading list!

Have you read any of these?

From Good to Grace – I’ve started this book a couple times but haven’t made it all the way through.  I know I was saved by grace – yet the thought of being loved by God simply because I’m His child is difficult for me to accept, so I’m looking forward to continuing to work through this book.

Better Than Before – This is on my reading list because it is the book our book club is reading this month.  According to its description, this book “presents a practical, concrete framework to allow readers to understand their habits—and to change them for good.”  I haven’t started this one yet so I’ll be eager to share what I learn!

Leaders Eat Last – I started reading this one earlier this month but didn’t finish it before it was due back to the library, so I have it now downloaded on my phone through Audible. I enjoyed the beginning part of the book and am eager to listen to the whole thing!  The book is written by Simon Sinek, who also wrote Start with Why.  I enjoyed that book and found it very thought-provoking as I think about what I do and why I do it!

Curious about some books I recently finished?  You can see some of my thoughts on Quiet here; The Child Whisperer here; and The Millionaire Next Door here.

And what’s a good book without a cup of coffee to sip while you read? 😉

Have you read any good books lately?  What do you recommend?  I’d love to know what to get next!
